the hotel's location is not very close to the haram, but there are plenty of restaurants and shops around, which was super helpful. the big masjid in the hotel was really nice, and the views from the family suite were amazin. all the staff were very accommodating, especially the facility manager, mohammad ebraim, who was always checking if we needed anything. the free shuttle service to the haram was great, it made getting there easy and quick. overall, we had a comfy stay and enjoyed our time.

My stay included a spacious room that was great for a family with children, but the shuttle service needed improvement, as it can take quite a while to reach the Haram during busy times. I also encountered a delay with room service when I needed fresh towels after visiting the Haram. it offers a decent experience, especially for families.

The shuttle service was pretty reliable, and getting around was straightforward. My room was a cozy little sanctuary after a long day. Loved the convenient parking and the surrounding shops for quick snacks!
Now, I don’t mind some chaos, but the staff seemed to have their own agenda. It’s like they were playing hide and seek with the towels!
